Pete Ajemian is a researcher and contributing editor for the journal Arab Media & Society, where he writes on developments in Arab political media. His masters dissertation research at the University of St. Andrews examined issues of new media, politics and security in the Arab world. His interest in Arab political media developed over the course of his Arabic language studies in Lebanon and the US. Pete has also written on security issues for Mideast Monitor and the Jamestown Foundation’s Terrorism Focus and Terrorism Monitor publications.
